Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Adliya vazirligi (keyingi oʻrinlarda — Adliya vazirligi) va Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti huzuridagi Davlat xizmatini rivojlantirish agentligining Davlat xizmatining yagona elektron-axborot tahlil tizimidan foydalangan holda davlat boshqaruvi organlari va mahalliy ijro etuvchi hokimiyat organlari (keyingi oʻrinlarda — davlat tashkilotlari) xodimlarining huquqiy savodxonligi darajasini oshirish boʻyicha oʻqitish va baholab borish toʻgʻrisidagi taklifi maʼqullansin. </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5331099" id="-5331099">2. Quyidagilarni nazarda tutuvchi Davlat tashkilotlari xodimlarining huquqiy savodxonligi darajasini oshirish va baholash tartibi toʻgʻrisidagi nizom <a href="/acts/-5330379#-5331121">ilovaga</a> muvofiq tasdiqlansin: </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5331100" id="-5331100">a) davlat tashkilotlari xodimlarining huquqiy savodxonligi darajasini oshirish Davlat xizmatining yagona elektron-axborot tahlil tizimidagi “Davlat tashkiloti xodimlarini sinovdan oʻtkazish moduli” orqali Adliya vazirligi tomonidan tayyorlanadigan huquqiy savodxonlikka oid oʻquv dasturi boʻyicha oʻquv mashgʻuloti materiallarini mustaqil oʻzlashtirib borish yoʻli bilan amalga oshiriladi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5331101" id="-5331101">b) davlat tashkilotlari xodimlarining huquqiy savodxonligi darajasini baholash (test sinovlari orqali) har uch yilda bir marta Adliya vazirligi tomonidan tegishli davlat tashkiloti bilan kelishilgan holda tasdiqlanadigan reja-grafik asosida tashkil etiladi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5331102" id="-5331102">v) davlat tashkilotlari rahbarlari oʻz xodimlarining huquqiy savodxonligi muntazam ravishda oshirib borilishini taʼminlashga shaxsan masʼul va javobgar hisoblanadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5331103" id="-5331103">g) Adliya vazirligi tomonidan davlat tashkilotlari xodimlarining huquqiy savodxonligi darajasini baholash yakunlari boʻyicha umumiy natijalar puxta tahlil qilingan holda, uning doimiy monitoringi yuritiladi. Davlat tashkiloti xodimi Internet jahon axborot tarmogʻiga ulangan kompyuter orqali test sinovini topshirish uchun maxsus elektron manzilda jismoniy shaxsning shaxsiy identifikatsiya raqamini kiritgan holda roʻyxatdan oʻtadi va test sinovini adliya organi xodimlari ishtirokida real vaqt rejimida (onlayn) videokuzatuv orqali alohida xonada, belgilangan kunda va soatda bajaradi.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5331206" id="-5331206">Xodimning test sinovlarida maxsus yoki boshqa adabiyotlardan, shuningdek oʻzga manbalardan hamda boshqa shaxslar yordamidan foydalanishi taqiqlanadi. Baholashdan oʻtmagan davlat tashkilotlari xodimlari davlat tashkilotlari tomonidan oʻqitiladi hamda navbatdagi baholashga qoʻyilgan xodimlar roʻyxatiga kiritiladi va qayta baholashdan oʻtkaziladi.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5331237" id="-5331237">26.
