Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишGuided by the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Cooperation in the field of Tourism, signed in Tashkent on 28 October 2025;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишRecognising the mutual interest of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Serbia in expanding tourism cooperation for the benefit of their respective travel operators, hospitality companies, creative industries and service providers;

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe purpose of this Memorandum is to establish a non-legally binding framework for cooperation between the Participants in the tourism sector with the objective of:

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(b) supporting tourism, hospitality and creative sector companies of both Participantʼs countries seeking market access and investment opportunities in each otherʼs markets;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(c) promoting high-value cultural, heritage and sustainable tourism products; and

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(a) facilitating the promotion of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Serbia as tourism destinations within each otherʼs outbound tourism markets;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(b) supporting joint marketing campaigns, roadshows and participation in major international tourism exhibitions in the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Uzbekistan and third countries;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(c) encouraging the use of digital platforms and online booking ecosystems involving service providers from the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Serbia.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(a) promoting partnerships between tour operators, hotel groups, event organisers and other tourism stakeholders from the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Serbia;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(b) facilitating investment opportunities for Uzbek and Serbian companies in hospitality, heritage tourism, eco-tourism and destination development projects in each otherʼs markets;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(c) encouraging business-to-business cooperation and trade missions in the tourism sector.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(a) supporting dialogue on improving air connectivity between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Uzbekistan, including through existing and potential future routes;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(b) encouraging cooperation between airlines, airports and aviation service providers to enhance passenger experience and market accessibility.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(b) supporting the development of cultural, gastronomic, creative, eco-tourism and adventure tourism products attractive to travelers from the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Serbia;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(c) encouraging heritage conservation projects linked to tourism development.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(a) facilitating training programmes and professional exchanges involving Uzbek and Serbian tourism education institutions and service providers;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(b) sharing best practices in destination management, hospitality standards and customer experience delivery;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш(c) supporting capacity building for tourism Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

Implementation Arrangements
Implementation Arrangements
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. The Participants will designate focal points to coordinate activities under this Memorandum.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2. Cooperation may be implemented through targeted projects, business forums, trade missions, pilot initiatives and technical cooperation activities, as mutually decided.

Legal Status
Legal Status
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. This Memorandum is not intended to create legal rights or obligations under international or domestic law.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2. Activities under this Memorandum will be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of each Participantʼs country.

Financial Provisions
Financial Provisions
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. This Memorandum does not create financial obligations for either Participant.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2. Activities may be supported through private sector investment, commercial partnerships and existing cooperation programmes, subject to availability of resources.

Information Exchange and Promotion
Information Exchange and Promotion
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишWhere appropriate, the Participants may exchange non-confidential information related to tourism opportunities, regulatory frameworks and investment conditions, in accordance with laws and policies of their respective countries.

Consultations
Consultations
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишAny differences arising from the interpretation or implementation of this Memorandum will be resolved through consultations between the Participants.

Duration and Termination
Duration and Termination
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. This Memorandum will become effective on the date of its signature.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2. It will remain in effect for a period of five (5) years and may be extended by mutual written consent.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш3. Either Participant may terminate this Memorandum by providing written notice through diplomatic channels. Termination will not affect ongoing cooperative activities unless otherwise agreed.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишSigned in Belgrade, on 8 September 2026, in duplicate in the Uzbek, Serbian and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of any divergence of interpretation, the English text will prevail.
