Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall develop and strengthen cooperation in the field of tourism in order to familiarize the peoples of both States with achievements in the field of science, economy, social development, culture, with nature and sights, as well as historical monuments and cultural traditions of the peoples of both States on the basis of equality, mutual interest and benefits.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall promote the establishment and development of cooperation between Uzbek and Serbian organizations involved in the development of international tourism and implementing investment projects in the tourism sector, as well as organizing joint activities to serve tourists.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall encourage cooperation in the development of group and individual tourism.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишIn order to achieve the goals provided for in Article 1 of this Agreement, the Parties shall assist:
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишthe establishment and development of close partnerships and technical cooperation between government agencies for tourism, tourism operators, as well as other organizations and institutions interested in the development of the tourism sector;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишexchange of experience in the field of international and domestic tourism, as well as in the implementation of marketing research in the field of tourism business, ensuring the improvement of the quality of services (service);
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишencouraging of gastronomic, health, ecological, sports and other types of tourism;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишexchange of statistical data and information materials regarding resources and current legislation governing the tourism sector of the States of the Parties;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишdissemination of information related to tourism to attract the flow of tourists, by publishing advertising materials, printed publications, audio and video materials, as well as conducting advertising campaigns in the media, various exhibitions, seminars and trainings, events in the B2B format;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишtraining of personnel of the tourism industry and training of personnel of tourism enterprises of the States of the Parties, as well as the exchange of specialists of the relevant tourism institutions in order to improve their qualifications by organizing study tours and short-term business trips;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишexchange of experience in the development of tourist infrastructure, the creation of tourist zones, the construction of large and small hotel recreational complexes;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишattraction of investment in the tourism sector, exchange of information on incentives in the field of investment in the tourism sector, provided in accordance with the legislation of the States of the Parties;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишparticipation of travel companies and organizations of the Parties in international tourism exhibitions and other events organized in the territories of the two States,
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишimplementation of international standards in the field of tourism into the national legislation of the states of the Parties.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишEach Party shall take the necessary measures to inform the citizens of their state, leaving on tourist trips to the state of the other side, about the legislation in force in this state governing the procedure for the entry, stay and departure of foreign citizens.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall take measures in accordance with the legislation of their States to protect the rights and legitimate interests as well as to ensure the safety of tourists of the States of the Parties present in the territory of the State of another Party, including measures for their evacuation in the case of emergencies.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall facilitate the exchange of scientists, experts, journalists specializing in tourism issues, as well as cooperation between entrepreneurs engaged in tourism activities.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall develop cooperation within the framework of the World Tourism Organization and other international tourism organizations.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишEach Party shall promote the creation of tourism information centers of the other Party on the territory of its state.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall create a working group operating within the framework of the Uzbek-Serbian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, whose tasks will be coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the provisions of this Agreement and the adoption of recommendations in the field of bilateral cooperation in tourism.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишExpenditures relating to the implementation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be borne by each party in accordance with the States of the Parties legislation within the available financial resources allocated to the relevant field.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThis Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from other international treaties to which they or their States are parties.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишBy mutual consent of the Parties, amendments and additions may be made to this Agreement which will be an integral part of the Agreement and drawn up in separate protocols.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишAny dispute arising from the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be settled through mutual consultations and negotiations between the Parties.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth (30th) day after the date of receipt of the last of the notifications by which the Parties notify each other that all internal legal procedures required for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2. This Agreement shall remain in force for a period of five (5) years. The effect of this Agreement is automatically extended to the subsequent five-year periods, if none of the Parties at least three months before the expiration of the corresponding period will notify the other Party about its intention to terminate its validity through diplomatic channels in writing.

The termination of this Agreement does not affect the implementation of contracts and (or) agreements concluded by authorized bodies and (or) authorized organizations within the framework of this Agreement during its validity period.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишDone at Tashkent on 28 October 2025, in duplicate in the Uzbek, Serbian, and English languages, all texts being equally authentic.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишIn case of any divergence in interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
