Stage 1 | Foreign citizen or stateless person registered at the place of permanent residence in the Republic of Uzbekistan: At the discretion of parents or guardians (trustees) — from birth until 16 years of age; upon reaching 16 years of age; upon renunciation or loss of citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan; upon expiration of the residence permit or ID-card in the Republic of Uzbekistan. | Submits the following to the data collection point to obtain an ID-card: — application form in the prescribed format; — national passport of a foreign citizen (when issuing an ID-card for the first time for a foreign citizen permanently registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan); — previously issued residence permit or ID-card; — biometric passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or identity ID-card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan (in case of renunciation or loss of citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan); — birth certificate (when issuing an ID-card for the first time); — document issued by authorized bodies confirming the termination of the applicant's citizenship (in case of renunciation or loss of foreign citizenship); — receipt of payment of the state fee (receipt is not mandatory when paid through electronic payment systems). | As necessary | |||
