Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишҲужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишIn order to further develop and improve the organization of tourism, to enhance participation in the market of tourism services of small and medium tourism organizations, as well as to widely attract foreign investors in the tourism sector, the Cabinet of Ministers decides
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. To accept the proposal of the National Company "Uzbektourism", as well as private travel agencies on the establishment of the Association of private travel organizations.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишTo take into account that the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development of tourism provides the Association of private tourism organizations with methodological and legal assistance in matters related to the organization of tourism organizations, marketing, training and retraining of qualified personnel, as well as compliance with legislation in the field of tourism.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишthe approximate organizational structure of the Association of Private Tourism Organizations and the approximate structure of its executive management apparatus in accordance with Appendixes No. 3 and 4.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш4. To take into account that the main activities of the Association of private tourism organizations are:
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишactive participation in the revival of the Great Silk Road, the development of modern tourism infrastructure in the republic;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишrendering assistance and coordination of activity of private tourism organizations — members of the Association;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишconducting marketing research in the field of tourism;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишattracting foreign investment and funds of domestic legal entities and individuals in the development of private tourism organizations;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишthe approximate organizational structure of the Association of private tourism organizations and the approximate structure of its executive management apparatus in accordance with Appendixes No. 3 and 4.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишrepresentation of interests of private tourism organizations - members of the Association in the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development of tourism, as well as in government bodies and public organizations;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишproviding informational, consulting and methodological assistance to members of the Association;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишassistance in vocational training and retraining of tourism industry workers, including the periodic organization of short-term training courses for employees of tourism entities on the issues of ensuring the safety of tourists, providing them with first aid, and interacting with law enforcement and other government agencies.

Associations of private tourism organizations with the participation of the National Company “Uzbektourism” within two weeks bring their constituent documents in accordance with this resolution and re-register them in the prescribed manner.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш6. The national company “Uzbektourism” until January 1, 1999, together with:
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишthe Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and introduce in the prescribed manner the draft Law “On Tourism”;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишthe “Uzgosstandard”, the Ministry of Public Utilities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other interested ministries and departments to develop uniform state standards in the field of tourism services;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Ministry of Macroeconomics and Statistics, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of the regions and Tashkent city to develop and submit for approval to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan a program for the development of tourism in the republic until 2005.

The State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the National Company “Uzbektourism” within two months to make specific proposals to further deepen the denationalization and corporatization of tourism organizations, the implementation of shares and small tourism organizations to foreign investors, attracting foreign travel agencies to manage the hotel industry.

To agree with the proposal of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Company “Uzbeketourism” to establish on the basis of “Uzsayohatinvestbank” a branch of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs “Uzsayohat”.

To consider clause 1 and paragraph 4 of clause 5 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 20, 1992 No. 484, as well as Appendixes No. 1 and 2 to the mentioned Resolution invalidated.
