Tajriba doirasida quyidagilar belgilansin:</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147485" id="-4147485">koʻp kvartirali uy-joy fondini boshqarish uchun boshqaruv kompaniyalari tuman hokimligi tomonidan koʻp kvartirali uylardagi turar-joylar mulkdorlarining ishonchli shaxslari bilan birgalikda oʻtkaziladigan tanlov asosida tanlab olinadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147487" id="-4147487">koʻp kvartirali uy-joy fondining umumiy foydalanishdagi mulkini saqlash, undan foydalanish va taʼmirlash boshqaruv kompaniyasi tomonidan koʻp kvartirali uydagi turar-joylar mulkdorlarining umumiy yigʻilishi qaroriga koʻra, koʻp kvartirali uydagi turar-joylar mulkdorlari yoki ularning ishonchli shaxslari bilan tuziladigan shartnoma asosida amalga oshiriladi. Bunda tuzilgan shartnoma shartlarini bajarish koʻp kvartirali uydagi turar-joylarning barcha mulkdorlari uchun majburiy hisoblanadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147488" id="-4147488">koʻp kvartirali uydagi turar-joylar mulkdorlarining majburiy badallari va noturar-joylar mulkdorlarining toʻlovlari miqdori koʻp kvartirali uydagi turar-joylar mulkdorlarining umumiy yigʻilishida tuman xalq deputatlari Kengashi tomonidan belgilanadigan eng kam miqdordan past boʻlmagan miqdorda belgilanadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147489" id="-4147489">koʻp kvartirali uydagi turar-joylar mulkdorlari shartnomaga muvofiq umumiy foydalanishdagi mulkni saqlash, undan foydalanish va taʼmirlash boʻyicha majburiy badallarni har oy toʻlashi shart;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147490" id="-4147490">boshqaruv kompaniyasi oʻz faoliyatini turar-joylar mulkdorlari oldida hisobdorlik va oshkoralik asosida amalga oshiradi hamda har chorakda hisobot berib boradi; </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147491" id="-4147491">boshqaruv kompaniyasi mulkdorlarning qonuniy huquq va manfaatlarini himoya qilish maqsadida tegishli tashkilotlarga mulkdorlar nomidan kommunal xizmatlar koʻrsatish sifati va yetkazib berish masalalari boʻyicha murojaat etishga haqli;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147493" id="-4147493">koʻp kvartirali uyda turar-joylarni sotib oluvchi shaxslar mulkdorlik huquqi yuzaga kelgan vaqtdan boshlab, umumiy mulkni saqlash xarajatlarini amalga oshiradi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147494" id="-4147494">boshqaruv kompaniyasi turar-joylar mulkdorlaridan umumiy mulkni saqlash boʻyicha oʻz vaqtida toʻlanmagan majburiy badallarni belgilangan tartibda undirish huquqiga ega;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147495" id="-4147495">mulkdorning unga tegishli boʻlgan turar-joydan foydalanmasligi yoki umumiy mulkdan foydalanishni rad etishi uni majburiy toʻlovlarni toʻliq yoki qisman toʻlashdan ozod etmaydi. </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147496" id="-4147496">5. Toshkent shahar hokimligi Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Qurilish vazirligi, Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish vazirligi hamda Yer resurslari, geodeziya, kartografiya va davlat kadastri davlat qoʻmitasi bilan birgalikda 2019-yilning 1-apreliga qadar yongʻin xavfsizligi, shaharsozlik va sanitariya normalarini taʼminlash shartlaridan kelib chiqqan holda, koʻp kvartirali uyga tutash boʻlgan yer uchastkalarining oʻlchamlari hamda chegaralari normativlarini belgilash boʻyicha Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasiga takliflar kiritsin. </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147498" id="-4147498">6. Toshkent shahar hokimligi 2019-yilning 31-yanvarigacha boʻlgan muddatda:</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147499" id="-4147499">koʻp kvartirali uy-joy fondini saqlash, undan foydalanish va taʼmirlash uchun boshqaruv kompaniyasini aniqlash boʻyicha tanlov oʻtkazish tartibini tasdiqlasin;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147501" id="-4147501">tanlovga qoʻyiladigan koʻp kvartirali uy-joy fondi lotlarining roʻyxatini aniqlasin va ushbu roʻyxatni ochiq holda, shu jumladan Toshkent shahar hokimligining rasmiy veb-saytida eʼlon qilsin;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147502" id="-4147502">koʻp kvartirali uyni saqlash, undan foydalanish va taʼmirlash uchun boshqaruv kompaniyasi bilan namunaviy shartnoma ishlab chiqsin.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147504" id="-4147504">7. Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish vazirligi Toshkent shahar hokimligi va boshqa manfaatdor vazirliklar, idoralar bilan birgalikda koʻp kvartirali uyni va uning oldidagi uchastkalarni saqlash hamda ulardan foydalanish talablarini uch oy muddatda tasdiqlasin.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147505" id="-4147505">8. Toshkent shahar hokimligi va Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish vazirligining Toshkent shahar Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish bosh boshqarmasida Uy-joy kommunal xoʻjaligini rivojlantirish jamgʻarmasini (keyingi oʻrinlarda Jamgʻarma deb ataladi) tashkil etish toʻgʻrisidagi taklifi maʼqullansin.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147507" id="-4147507">Quyidagilar Jamgʻarma mablagʻlarini shakllantirish manbalari etib belgilansin:</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147508" id="-4147508">uy-joy kommunal sohani rivojlantirish uchun jalb etiladigan kreditlar, shu jumladan xalqaro moliya institutlari va Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi tijorat banklarining imtiyozli kreditlari;</div></div><div class="COMMENT"><label id="s3934"></label><div name="edi-7080376" id="edi-7080376"><a href="/uz/acts/-4138252?ONDATE=05.01.2019 00#-4147509">Oldingi</a> tahrirga qarang.</div></div><div class="CHANGES_ORIGINS"><label id="s1104"></label><div name="-7080376" id="-7080376">(8-bandning toʻrtinchi xatboshisi Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2024-yil 19-avgustdagi 517-sonli <a href="/uz/acts/-7074750?ONDATE=20.08.2024 00#-7077621">qaroriga </a>asosan chiqarilgan — Qonunchilik maʼlumotlari milliy bazasi, 20.08.2024-y., 09/24/517/0632-son)</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147510" id="-4147510">xayriya mablagʻlari;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147511" id="-4147511">Jamgʻarmaning boʻsh mablagʻlarini banklardagi depozitlarda joylashtirishdan olinadigan daromadlar;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147512" id="-4147512">qonun hujjatlarida taqiqlanmagan boshqa tushumlar.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147513" id="-4147513">Toshkent shahar hokimligi Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish vazirligi va Moliya vazirligi bilan kelishgan holda, Toshkent shahar Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish bosh boshqarmasidagi Uy-joy kommunal xoʻjaligini rivojlantirish jamgʻarmasining mablagʻlarini shakllantirish va ulardan foydalanish tartibi toʻgʻrisidagi nizomni bir oy muddatda tasdiqlasin. </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147514" id="-4147514">9. Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish vazirligi, Oliy va oʻrta maxsus taʼlim vazirligining Kasb-hunar taʼlimi markazi xorijiy tajriba asosida uy-joy kommunal xizmat koʻrsatish sohasi mutaxassislarini tayyorlash va malakasini oshirish boʻyicha oʻquv kurslarini ikki oy muddatda tashkil etsin.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4147515" id="-4147515">10.
