Belgilab qoʻyilsinki, Kompaniya tomonidan ipoteka kreditlarini qayta moliyalashtirish quyidagi tartibda amalga oshiriladi:</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340743" id="-4340743">a) Kompaniya aksiyadorlar mablagʻlarini hamda XMI va XHMTning qarz mablagʻlarini, shuningdek, qimmatli qogʻozlar chiqarish orqali mahalliy va xalqaro kapital bozorlaridagi uzoq muddatli resurs mablagʻlarni jalb etadi; </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340746" id="-4340746">b) Kompaniya jalb qilingan mablagʻlarni Kompaniya tomonidan oʻrnatiladigan malakaviy talablarga mos keluvchi tijorat banklariga kredit resurslarini ajratish yoʻli bilan qayta moliyalashtiradi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340749" id="-4340749">v) tijorat banklari Kompaniya tomonidan belgilangan shartlarda qarz oluvchilarga ipoteka kreditlarini taqdim etadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340752" id="-4340752">g) tijorat banklari ipoteka kreditlari, ipoteka shartnomalari boʻyicha talab huquqlaridan yoki garov xatlari boʻyicha huquqlardan Kompaniya foydasiga voz kechadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340754" id="-4340754">d) Kompaniya tijorat banklari bilan huquqlari avval Kompaniyaga oʻtkazib berilgan ipoteka kreditiga xizmat koʻrsatish shartnomasini yoki garov xatlarini ishonchli boshqaruvga berish shartnomasini tuzadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340755" id="-4340755">e) tijorat banklari qarz oluvchilar va ipoteka beruvchilar tomonidan kredit shartnomalari va ipoteka shartnomalarining Kompaniya foydasiga lozim darajada bajarilishini taʼminlaydi.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340758" id="-4340758">Kompaniya tomonidan ipotekani qayta moliyalashtirishning qonunchilikka zid boʻlmagan boshqa shakllari ham tatbiq etilishi mumkin.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-4340761" id="-4340761">5.
