Draft normative legal act. The draft provides for: in the Regulation on the final state certification of graduates of higher educational institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan (registration No. 1963, June 5, 2009): re-passing by a person who has not passed the test of the final state certification, the final state certification after the completion of the training period, upon application within the next three years; issuance of an academic certificate to a student who has not passed the test of the final state certification over the next 3 years, and their reinstatement in studies for the corresponding graduation course on the basis of a paid contract in the prescribed manner; bringing to the attention of students the approved programs of the final state certification and evaluation criteria at least 3 months before the start of the final state certification; strict definition of the composition of the appeal commission, which considers the appeals of graduates who do not agree with the grades given in the process of the final state certification; in the Regulations on the rating system for monitoring and assessing the knowledge of students in higher educational institutions (registration No. 1981, July 10, 2009): encryption of information about students by assigning an identification code to their test papers by a higher educational institution without fail; recognition of a student who has scored 55 or more points in current and intermediate types of examinations, who has mastered the subject, as well as an independent decision by the student of the question of attending or not attending the final examination on this subject; in case of disagreement by the student with the results of the test, with an application addressed to the dean of the faculty or the head of the educational department (educational and methodological department) of higher educational institutions in which there is no faculty structure, within 72 hours from the moment the results of the type of control on the subject were announced; non-admission of the inclusion of persons who have set marks for the relevant types of control in the composition of the appeal commission; when issuing a diploma with honors to a student, determining him as the owner of an indicator of assimilation at the end of each semester of at least 3/4 of the subjects — 86 points and above (with a 5-point grading system - 5 (excellent), 1/4 of the part — 71 points and above (with a 5-point assessment system — 4 (good), as well as in the final tests of state certification — 86 points and above (with a 5-point assessment system — 5 (excellent); in the Regulations on the control procedure and criteria for assessing the knowledge of students at the Tashkent State University of Law in the conditions of a modular training system (registration No. 2780, April 22, 2016): determination of the possibility of filing an appeal by students who do not agree with the scores set for the interim or final test, through the electronic educational platform of the Tashkent State Law University within 72 hours from the moment the assessment was announced; in the Regulations on the system for monitoring and assessing the knowledge of students in higher educational institutions (reg.
