Комментарий LexUzНастоящий Указ утратил силу в соответствии с Указом Президента Республики Узбекистан от 30 апреля 2021 года № УП-6218 «О мерах по комплексной систематизации национальной базы законодательства».
Suggestion to the documentListen to audioGet a link from a document elementВ целях создания необходимых условий для поступательного социально-экономического развития Республики Узбекистан, активизации внешнеэкономической деятельности, насыщения внутреннего рынка товарами первой необходимости, привлечения дополнительных капиталовложений, передовой техники, опыта управления, обеспечения надежных гарантий защиты прав иностранных инвесторов, эффективного использования экспортного потенциала республики:

Suggestion to the documentListen to audioGet a link from a document elementотменить до 1 января 1994 г. налоги на импорт всех видов товаров, завозимых в республику;
Suggestion to the documentListen to audioGet a link from a document elementосвободить до 1 января 1994 года от уплаты таможенных пошлин завозимые в республику импортные товары народного потребления, продовольствие, медикаменты, медицинскую технику, а также оборудование, комплектующие изделия и сырье для их производства согласно приложению.

Suggestion to the documentListen to audioGet a link from a document element3. Центральному банку ввести с 15 августа 1992 года на территории республики единый для всех видов сделок и операций курс иностранных валют, определяемый на основе текущего курса на валютном рынке.

Предоставить в соответствии с законодательством иностранным инвесторам и их партнерам на территории Республики Узбекистан право выкупа на конкурсной основе и исключительно в инвестиционных целях производственных помещений, зданий, оборудования и жилья, а также долгосрочной аренды земельных участков.

Для обеспечения необходимых финансово-экономических гарантий иностранным инвесторам образовать Национальный страховой Фонд защиты иностранных инвестиций, в том числе путем депонирования части валютных ценностей Республики Узбекистан в иностранных банках, открытия на территории республики страховых компаний с участием иностранного капитала.
