Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Participants intend to work together to promote trade, investment and business cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Serbia, and to strengthen the economic work of their foreign services.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Participants intend to cooperate in particular in:
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишexchanging information on the economy, investment climate and business opportunities of their countries;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишpromoting trade, investment, transport and tourism links;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишsupporting business forums, exhibitions, trade fairs and business missions;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишsupporting companies of one country in finding partners in the other;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишtraining and exchange of experience between diplomats working on economic matters;

Working arrangements
Working arrangements
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш3.1. Each Participant will name a contact person in its Ministry, and will inform the other Participant of that person through diplomatic channels.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш3.2. The contact persons will keep in direct working contact and will help each other with enquiries of an economic or commercial nature.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш3.3. The Participants intend to hold consultations on economic diplomacy once a year, alternately in Tashkent and in Belgrade, or by videoconference. At these consultations they may agree a short plan of joint activities for the following year.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш4.1. Information passed under this Memorandum and marked as restricted will not be passed to any third party without the written consent of the Participant that provided it.

Costs

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишActivities under this Memorandum depend on the funds available to each Participant. This Memorandum does not create any financial commitment.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш6.1. This Memorandum records the intentions of the Participants only. It is not an international treaty and does not create any rights or obligations under international or national law.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш6.2. This Memorandum does not affect the rights and obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Serbia under other international agreements.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишAny disputes over this Memorandum will be settled by consultation between the Participants and will not be referred to any court, tribunal or third party.

Effect, changes and discontinuance
Effect, changes and discontinuance
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш8.1. This Memorandum will come into effect on the date of signature and will remain in effect for five years. It will then be extended automatically for further periods of five years.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш8.2. It may be changed at any time by written consent of both Participants.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш8.3. Either Participant may discontinue this Memorandum by written notice to the other through diplomatic channels. Discontinuance will take effect six months after the notice is received.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишSigned at Belgrade, on 8 September 2026, in two copies, each in the Uzbek, Serbian and English languages. In case of any difference of interpretation, the Participants will refer to the English text.
