Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall cooperate in the field of providing medical services, improving the qualifications of medical specialists, conducting joint medical research and sharing experience.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишCooperation between the Parties shall scope the following main areas:

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2) Increasing the capacity of human resources in health;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш3) Exchange of information and experience in the field of medicine, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment;

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Parties shall mutually cooperate in the field of healthcare and medical sciences in the following areas:

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2) Exchange of information and experience;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш3) Advanced training of medical specialists;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш4) Creation of joint projects;
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш5) Ensuring cooperation between relevant health care institutions;

Providing medical services
Providing medical services
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe Chinese side is willing to provide convenience for the citizens of Republic of Uzbekistan to receive treatment in medical institutions of the Peopleʼs Republic of China.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThe competent authorities of the States of the Parties shall provide comprehensive assistance in establishing mutual cooperation between the hospitals and medical institutions of the two countries in the treatment of Uzbek patients in China.

Joint working groups
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. In order to implement this Agreement, the Parties may create appropriate working and expert groups, adopt action plans and other cooperation programs.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш2. The Parties may exchange information and coordinate activities using email, video conferencing or other means of communication.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThis Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties, arising from international agreements to which their Parties are parties.

Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишAny disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be settled through consultations and negotiations between the Parties.

Additions and Amendments
Additions and Amendments
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишThis Agreement may be amended and supplemented by mutual consent of the Parties. Amendments and supplements shall be drawn up by separate protocols, which shall form an integral part of this Agreement, and enter into force in accordance with Article 9 of this Agreement.

Final Provisions
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signing.

This Agreement is concluded for five (5) years and it shall be renewed automatically for successive periods of five (5) years, unless one of the Parties notifies the other in writing through diplomatic channels of its intention to terminate the Agreement six (6) months prior to its expiration.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш3. Either Party can terminate this Agreement by sending a written notification of its intention to terminate the Agreement. In such case, the Agreement will be terminated after three months after the date of such notification.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олиш4. The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the activities and projects already in progress or executed.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишDone at Beijing on September 1, 2025, in two originals, in Uzbek, Chinese and English languages, all texts being equally authentic.
Ҳужжатга таклиф юборишАудиони тинглашҲужжат элементидан ҳавола олишin case of any divergence in interpretation of this Agreement, the English text shall prevail.
