For the purpose of further deepening the reforms in the financial and banking sector and the economy, developing the industry and cooperation relations, further improving the efficiency and performance of the activities for implementing the priority tasks of economic development of the country, improving the welfare of the population, coordinating the activities to support private entrepreneurship and reducing poverty, and effective implementation of reforms defined by the Strategy for Development of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020-2030, ensuring rational use of land and water resources, and further improving the executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Cabinet of Ministers):

Shall be changed the title of the position of the First Deputy Khokim (Mayor) for Economic and Business Issues in the administration of khokimiyats (municipalities) of the region, Tashkent, districts and cities (in the administration of the khokimiyat of the Tashkent region — First Deputy Khokimfor Industrial, Economic and Business Development) to First Deputy Khokim for Financial and Economic Issues and Poverty Reduction (in the administration of the khokimiyat of the Tashkent region — First Deputy Khokim for Industrial Development, Poverty Reduction and Economic and Financial Issues).
