Комментарий LexUzНастоящий приказ будет выведен из государственного реестра с 25 марта 2026 года в соответствии с приказом министра юстиции Республики Узбекистан от 23 декабря 2025 года № 28-мх «Об исключении некоторых ведомственных нормативно-правовых актов из Государственного реестра ведомственных нормативно-правовых актов» (рег. № 3733 от 23.12.2025 г.).

В пункте 52 Положения о высшем образовании, утвержденного приказом министра высшего и среднего специального образования Республики Узбекистан от 9 января 2003 года № 9 (рег. № 1222 от 22 февраля 2003 года) (Бюллетень нормативных актов министерств, государственных комитетов и ведомств Республики Узбекистан, 2003 г., № 4), слова «статьями 248 — 250; 254 — 257» заменить словами «статьями 383 — 386».

Настоящее приказ согласован с Министерством культуры и туризма, Министерством иностранных дел, Министерством транспорта, Министерством сельского хозяйства, Министерством дошкольного и школьного образования, Министерством молодежной политики и спорта, Министерством цифровых технологий, Министерством обороны, Министерством внутренних дел, Министерством здравоохранения, Министерством водного хозяйства и Комитетом по делам религий Республики Узбекистан.
