Комментарий LexUzНастоящее постановление утратило силу в соответствии с постановлением Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан от 22 февраля 2021 года № 87 «О признании утратившими силу некоторых решений Правительства Республики Узбекистан, утративших свое значение (Указ Президента Республики Узбекистан от 27 сентября 2020 года № УП-6075 «О мерах по улучшению деловой среды в стране путем внедрения системы пересмотра утративших свою актуальность актов законодательства»)».

Suggestion to the documentListen to audioGet a link from a document element1. Учитывая многочисленные предложения граждан, расширить перечень товаров, реализуемых населению республики без купонов, согласно приложению.

Совету Министров Республики Каракалпакстан, местным органам управления, Минторгу, Минстройматериалов Республики Узбекистан, Узбекбрляшу, концерну «Узплодоовощвинпром», Узкоопзаготторгу провести необходимую работу по обеспечению реализации товаров населению без купонов с учетом дополнительного перечня.

Узкоопзаготторгу и Узбекбрляшу совместно с Узгосбанком, Узагропромбанком, Узпромстройбанком, Узсбербанком утвердить порядок выдачи купонов на заготавливаемую у населения сельхозпродукцию, скот, птицу, и ведения учета, отчетности и инкассации их.

Внести в абзац четвертый пункта 4 постановления Кабинета Министров от 2 января 1992 г. № 1 и в пункт 5 Временного положения, утвержденного указанным постановлением, следующие изменения слова «5000 рублей» заменить словами: «3000 рублей» и далее по тексту.
