Oylik yurish kartochkasi ikki turga — umumiy va imtiyozli kartochkaga boʻlinadi; </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051146" id="-5051146">umumiy oylik transportda yurish kartochkasi — yoʻnalishli va yoʻnalishsiz taksilardan tashqari, umumiy foydalaniladigan transportning barcha turlarida yoʻlovchilar yurishini nazarda tutadigan, qatʼiy hisobda turadigan hujjat”; </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051147" id="-5051147">quyidagi mazmundagi oʻn beshinchi va oʻn oltinchi xatboshilar qoʻshilsin:</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051148" id="-5051148">“transport kartasi — yoʻlovchilar tomonidan umumiy foydalaniladigan transportda (yoʻnalishsiz taksidan tashqari) yurganlik uchun amaldagi tarif asosida yoʻl haqini toʻliq toʻlash uchun moʻljallangan shaxsiylashtirilmagan koʻp marotabalik debet toʻlov kartasi. Transport kartasining depozit hisob raqami pul mablagʻlarini tushirish orqali toʻldiriladi. Transport kartasidagi tarif rejalarining toʻliq qiymati umumiy foydalaniladigan transportdagi cheklangan tarifni, chegirma va imtiyozlarni hisobga olgan holda, yurishlar soniga koʻpaytirish yoʻli bilan aniqlanadi;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051149" id="-5051149">imtiyozli transport kartasi — umumiy foydalaniladigan transportda (yoʻnalishli va yoʻnalishsiz taksidan tashqari) avtomatlashtirilgan toʻlov tizimi operatori maʼlumotlar bazasida roʻyxatga olingan yoʻlovchiga transportda bepul yoki imtiyozli yurish huquqini kafolatlaydigan, transportdan foydalanish soni va bir transportdan boshqasiga chiqish soni cheklanmaydigan shaxsiylashtirilmagan va(yoki) shaxsiylashtirilgan transport kartasi”;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051150" id="-5051150"><a href="/acts/-2054370?ONDATE=17.09.2012 00#-2054411">oʻn beshinchi — yigirmanchi xatboshilar</a> tegishli ravishda oʻn yettinchi — yigirma ikkinchi xatboshilar deb hisoblansin; </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051151" id="-5051151"><a href="/acts/-2054370?ONDATE=17.09.2012 00#-2054411">oʻn yettinchi xatboshidagi</a> “Oʻzbekiston avtomobil va daryo transporti agentligi” soʻzlari “Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Transport vazirligi” soʻzlari bilan almashtirilsin;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051152" id="-5051152"><a href="/acts/-2054370?ONDATE=17.09.2012 00#-2054412">oʻn sakkizinchi xatboshiga</a> “qatʼiy hisobda turadigan” soʻzlaridan keyin “va QR kodga ega boʻlgan” soʻzlari qoʻshilsin;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051154" id="-5051154">v) quyidagi mazmundagi 3<sup>1</sup> va 3<sup>2</sup>-bandlar qoʻshilsin:</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051155" id="-5051155">“3<sup>1</sup>. Imtiyozli yurish huquqiga ega boʻlgan yoʻlovchilar (pensionerlar, nogironligi boʻlgan shaxslar, talabalar va umumiy oʻrta taʼlim muassasalari, akademik litseylar, kasb-hunar maktablari, kollejlar hamda texnikumlar oʻquvchilari) tomonidan imtiyozli transport kartalari orqali toʻlovlar umumiy foydalaniladigan transportning (yoʻnalishli va yoʻnalishsiz taksidan tashqari) amaldagi tariflarning 50 foizlik imtiyozini hisobga olgan holda amalga oshiriladi. </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051156" id="-5051156">3<sup>2</sup>. Imtiyozli transport kartasidan foydalangan holda umumiy foydalaniladigan transportdan (yoʻnalishli va yoʻnalishsiz taksidan tashqari) bepul foydalanish huquqiga ega boʻlgan yoʻlovchilar sifatida “Shahar yoʻlovchilar transportidan bepul foydalanishni tartibga solish toʻgʻrisida”gi Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining Qonuni va Vazirlar Mahkamasining “Toshkent metropolitenida pensionerlarni bepul tashish toʻgʻrisida” 2017-yil 9-martdagi 128-son qarorida nazarda tutilgan shaxslar eʼtirof etiladi”; </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051157" id="-5051157">g) <a href="/acts/-2054370?ONDATE=17.09.2012 00#-2054418">4</a> va <a href="/acts/-2054370?ONDATE=17.09.2012 00#-2054419">5-bandlar</a> quyidagi tahrirda bayon qilinsin: </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051158" id="-5051158">“4. Tashilgan yoʻlovchilar soni umumiy foydalaniladigan transportda (avtobus, elektrobus, trolleybus, yoʻnalishli va yoʻnalishsiz taksi, tramvay, metropolitenda) bajariladigan shaharda, shahar atrofida, shaharlararo, xalqaro tashuvlarning har bir turi hamda soatlar boʻyicha tashuvlar uchun alohida-alohida aniqlanadi.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051159" id="-5051159">5. Shahar yoʻnalishida umumiy foydalaniladigan transportda (avtobus, elektrobus, trolleybus, yoʻnalishli taksi, tramvay va metropolitenda) tashilgan yoʻlovchilar soni: </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051160" id="-5051160">cheklangan tariflarni qoʻllagan holda — sotilgan bir martalik chiptalar soni boʻyicha yoki tushumni cheklangan tarifga taqsimlash yoʻli bilan aniqlanadi. Bunda, elektron toʻlov tizimi operatorlariga amaldagi cheklangan tariflarga nisbatan 10 foizgacha chegirma taqdim etilishi mumkin;</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051161" id="-5051161">transport kartasidan foydalangan holda — transport kartasidan foydalangan yoʻlovchilarning, jumladan imtiyozli va bepul yurish huquqiga ega boʻlgan yoʻlovchilarning har bir transport turida amalga oshirilgan validatsiyalar soni boʻyicha aniqlanadi. Muayyan tashuvchi tomonidan tashilgan yoʻlovchilar hajmi hisobot davrida amalga oshirilgan validatsiyalarni umumlashtirish orqali aniqlanadi”.</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051162" id="-5051162">d) <a href="/acts/-2054370?ONDATE=17.09.2012 00#-2054427">8-band</a> quyidagi tahrirda bayon qilinsin:</div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051163" id="-5051163">“8. Yoʻlovchilar aylanmasi umumiy foydalaniladigan transportda (avtobus, elektrobus, yoʻnalishli va yoʻnalishsiz taksi, tramvay, trolleybus va metropolitenda) bajariladigan shahar, shahar atrofi, shaharlararo, xalqaro yoʻnalishlarda tashuvlarning har qaysi turi hamda soatlar boʻyicha tashuvlar uchun alohida-alohida aniqlanadi. </div></div><div class="ACT_TEXT"><div name="-5051166" id="-5051166">12.
